Libby brings over 10 years of experience in practice management, team leadership, and strategic planning to help the team implement growth and continuous improvement initiatives that benefit our clients and team. She is a Kolbe™ Certified Consultant, Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner® and a Self-EOS Implementer® for small businesses like ours. In addition to serving The Weddle Team’s practice and clients directly, Libby also leads the practice and client service division of Keating and Associates and provides employee training and growth opportunities. This provides us with a unique advantage for leveraging creative practice management solutions in collaboration with Keating and additional key partner resources.

Libby enjoys making memories with her husband and two daughters in their beautiful hometown in Georgia, traveling the world or mountain trails, and enjoying great coffee and deep conversations with family and friends. She’s passionate about social justice, sharing about how faith changes lives, and about unlocking growth for others.
